I am an accomplished writer, author, and academic instructor with a Master of Arts in Philosophy, awarded Summa Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, earned Cum Laude. My interests reflect a broad intellectual perspective that encompasses philosophy, biblical studies, literature, depth and social psychology, early American history, biomedical ethics, human enhancement, cognitive neuroscience, ethics of artificial intelligence, archaeology, and biological anthropology.

With decades of experience in teaching, writing, and editing, I bring a unique combination of academic rigor and accessible communication to subjects ranging from philosophy and Christian thought to wellness and human development.

My academic career includes teaching positions at Washington State University, Spokane Community College, Gonzaga University, and North Idaho College. In these roles, I designed and taught college-level philosophy courses, creating original syllabi and instructional materials grounded in classical texts and rigorous philosophical analysis.

As an author, my published and forthcoming works include: The Fitness Mindset: 7 Habits for Peak Performance To Get Strong, Lean, and Fit (2021), Reflections on Growth: An Existential Journey (2025), Idols of the Mind: How Systems Cloud Our Thinking (forthcoming), and Fitness After Cancer (in development).

My writing is characterized by thorough research, linguistic precision, and structural clarity, with a commitment to thoughtful engagement with complex ideas. I maintain a disciplined editorial practice focused on improving clarity, impact, and readability. My technical writing experience includes revising official documents such as the Washington State Insurance Commissioner Exam Bulletin (September 2021) to enhance language and accessibility.

In the academic sphere, I have authored numerous papers on topics such as Aristotelian ethics, Kantian metaphysics, and bioethics. My master’s thesis, Happiness in Action and Contemplation in Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics, showcases my analytical depth and research skills. Other notable works include: “The Contested Enhancement of Caffeine,” “Three Views on Kant’s Distinction Between Phenomena and Noumena,” “Schemata and Event-Causality in Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason,” “Is Kant a Compatibilist or an Incompatibilist?,” and “Virtue Care Ethics as a Moral Theory”

I have also developed several unpublished manuscripts to support logic and philosophy education, including Logic Essentials: Reasoning to Symbolic Logic and Socrates to Rawls: Answers to Tough Philosophical Questions.

My professional strengths include a high level of editorial precision, mastery of grammar and style, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both academic and general audiences. I am self-directed, organized, and interdisciplinary in my approach.
